摘　　要：目的探讨血浆同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine,HCY)水平与2型糖尿病患者血管并发症的相关性。方法用循环酶法测定130例血浆HCY水平,其中80例2型糖尿病患者(单纯性糖尿病组32例,48例为合并大血管或微血管并发症的糖尿病患者),50例为健康对照组。结果糖尿病患者HCY均值明显高于对照组,且合并症患者明显高于单纯性糖尿病患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论HCY与糖尿病血管病变密切相关,可能是其发生、发展的一个独立危险因素。Objective To evaluate the relationship between plasma homocysteine （Hcy） level and diabetic vasculopathy. Methods The Hcy level of 80 cases with type 2 diabetes and 50 normal individuals （ control group） was detected by automatically biochemistry analysator with enzymatic cycling assay. Results The mean level of Hcy in the diabetes group was obviously higher than that in the control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The mean level of Hcy in patients with diabetic vasculopathy was higher than that in patients only with pure diabetes, the difference has statistics significance.
