摘  要:气缸套是内燃机心脏的心室,是内燃机中最重要、最关键的零部件之一。它与活塞、活塞环共同组成内燃机的做功系统,是内燃机中工作条件最恶劣(高温、高压、强力、强磨),负荷强度大、材料特殊、制造工艺复杂的零件。气缸套的加工精度要求高,汽缸套制造工艺的设计是否合理,直接影响内燃机的质量和寿命,并进而影响着内燃机所搭载的乘用车、商用车的节能性、环保性、可靠性、经济性和动力性。The internal combustion engine cylinder liner is the heart ventricle, and is the most important internal combustion engine, one of the most critical components. It is with the piston, piston rings do work together constitute the internal combustion engine system is the worst working conditions in internal combustion engines (high temperature, high pressure, strong, strong grinding), load strength, materials, special manufacturing processes complex parts. Cylinder liner for high precision machining, cylinder liner manufacturing process design is reasonable, a direct impact on the quality and life of internal combustion engines, and thus affect the internal combustion engine by carrying the passenger and commercial vehicles for energy efficiency, environmental protection, reliability, economy and dynamic.
