摘 要:应用32位嵌入式微控制器可大大提高电梯群控系统的性能。介绍了电梯群控系统的组成,着重讨论了嵌入式电梯群控器的设计方法及组成。设计了电梯群控器的组成结构,硬件部分选用基于32位ARM7TDMI核的LPC2210微控制器为核心部件,介绍了外围模块的功能及设计方案;软件部分选用μC/OS-Ⅱ实时操作系统为软件平台,介绍了移植μC/OS-Ⅱ到LPC2210微控制器的条件和方法,以及基于μC/OS-Ⅱ的电梯群控程序的软件结构及运行过程。Applying 32-bit embedded microcontroller can much enhance the performance of the elevator group control system. The elevator group control system is introduced briefly, and then the design method and the architecture of elevator group controller based on embedded system technology are discussed in detail, including the framework of the group controller,the hardware design based on LPC2210 (32-bit microcontroller,ARM7TDMI-S CPU as core),and the design of the relative periphery modules. As for the software design, μC/OS-Ⅱ, the open sourced real-time operating system,is chosen as software platform. The migration of μC/OS-Ⅱ to LPC2210 is investigated in particular. Finally,the structure and process of the elevator group control program based on μC/OS-Ⅱ are presented.
