摘　　要：长距离、高扬程、高浓度浆体管道输送是适合中国国情的运输方式,高压浆体泵是实现这种运输方式的核心设备。液动隔膜泵是一种新型的高压浆体泵,具有压力高、效率高、无流量脉动、易损件使用寿命长、无混浆、自动化程度高等特点。介绍了液动隔膜泵的组成、工作原理,对该泵设计中的有关问题进行了研究,并提出了解决措施。： Long-distance, high-lift and high-concentration slurry pipeline transportation is a suitable transportation method in China. And high-pressure slurry pump is the key equipment to realize it. Fluid drive diaphragm pump, whose characteristics are high pressure, high efficiency, non flow pulsation, long performance life, non slurry mixing and high automaticity, is a new kind of high-pressure slurry pump. The paper introduces its constitution and principies of operation. Some problems with the pump design are researched and the countermeasures are proposed.
