摘　　要：高校图书馆为了适应新形势的需要,必须从管理上、服务上有一个质的飞跃,才能真正成为人们获得知识信息最方便的殿堂。从可能和需要的角度看,实施知识管理无疑是高校图书馆一个较好的选择。In order to adapt to the new needs of the situation university libraries must take qualitative leaps in management and service so that they can truly become the palace where people can have easy access to knowledge and information. Therefore, to implement knowledge management is undoubtedly a better choice for university libraries from the point of view of feasibility and current needs.
