摘　　要：从解决异型钢材的焊接工艺技术难题出发,具体针对矿山箕斗部件引轮40Cr与ZG35钢材的焊接开展研究,从方法、工艺、材质上进行合理选择,最终较好地实现了异种钢材的成功对焊,质量和强度达到了技术要求。According to the technical problems of profiled bar welding process, the running wheel welding process of 40Cr and ZG35 steel for the mine skip bucket is researched. After making the rational choice of method, process and material, profiled bars are welded successfully; welding technical requircment of quality and intensity is achieved.
