眩晕宁片治疗高血压病眩晕的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察眩晕宁片治疗高血压病痰湿中阻、肝肾不足证眩晕的疗效。方法:采用随机对照双盲方法,选择经过规范治疗的2级高血压病眩晕患者60例,中医辨证符合痰湿中阻、肝肾不足证,每组30例。分别给予眩晕宁片与安慰剂治疗8周,观察两组眩晕症状的改善率、消失率以及眩晕标尺数值的变化。绪果,治疗组症状消失率为44.8%,总改善率达96.5%,安慰剂组症状消失率31%(FAS)、32.1%(PPS),总改善率为51.7%(FAS)、53.5%(PPS)。治疗组眩晕标尺数值平均下降4.83,对照组平均下降3.14(FAS)、3.28(PPS)。治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05),FAS与PPS结论一致。结论,眩晕宁片在改善高血压病痰湿中阻、肝肾不足证患者眩晕症状方面具有一定的效果。Objective： To observe the effect of Xuanyunning Tablet in improve the dizziness of Hypertensive Disease with retention of phlegmatic dampness and liver kidney yin insufficiency.Methods： Adopting randomized controlled double-blinded method：60 patients with Dizziness of Hypertensive Disease were divided equally into two groups. The treated group was treated by oral taking of Xuanyanning Tablet,and the control group treated by oral taking of placebo. Patients in the two groups were all treated for 8 weeks.The improvement rates and disappearance rates of dizziness were observed,and changes of value on staff guage were determined as welt. Results： The rotes of disappearance were 44.8,and the improvement rates were 96.5, in the treatment group. In the placebo group the rates of disappearance were 31%（FAS）and 32.1%（PPS）,and the improvement rates were 51.7%（FAS）and 53.5%（PPS）respeetively. In the treatment group the value of staff guage decreased 4.83. In the placebo group,the corresponding changes were 3.14（FAS）and 3.28（PPS）;There were significant difference among the two groups（P〈0.05）.The effects were detected by FAS and PPS analysis respectively.FAS and PPS analysis had the same results. Conclusion： Xuanyunning Tablet are effective in treating the dizziness of Hypertansive Disease with retention of phlegmatic dampness and liver kidney yin insufficiency.
