基于处方评价系统对我院2008年中药注射剂使用监测

摘　　要：目的:了解我院中药注射剂临床用药状况,提高中药注射剂合理用药水平。方法:我院2008年1月1日-2008年12月31日处方共395928份,采用自主研发的处方评价系统对所有含中药注射剂处方进行分析。结果:我院全年中药注射剂处方8980份,占全年处方的2.27%,月中药注射剂使用百分率1.88%～3.93%,个别科室使用率偏高。结论:在中药注射剂使用过程中仍需加强监测,规范中药注射剂的使用管理。Objective： To promote and probe into the rational drug use in our hospital. Methods： We have had 395928 prescriptions in total from Jan 1^st to Dec 31^st, in 2008.The analysis and data of TCM injection was achieved by independent innovation of prescription evaluation system. Results：A total TCM injection prescription was 8980（2.27%） in hospital in the past year. A percentage in TCM iqiection application was 1.88% to 3.93%.However, the percentage in some department was on the high side. Conclusions：It is important to enhance the supervision of TCM injection use in hospital.
