脓疱型银屑病患者治疗前后外周血中性粒细胞表面黏附分子的表达变化及其意义

摘　　要：目的:观察脓疱型银屑病(PP)患者经芳维A酸乙酯(AE)治疗前后外周血中性粒细胞(PMN)表面黏附分子CD15、CD11b的表达变化,并探讨其临床意义。方法:应用流式细胞仪检测13例PP患者应用AE治疗前、AE治疗后其PMN表面黏附分子CD15、CD11b的荧光强度,以13例健康志愿者作为正常对照组。结果:13例PP患者经AE治疗后其PMN表面黏附分子CD15、CD11b的表达较治疗前显著降低(P<0.01)。AE治疗后PP患者PMN表面黏附分子CD15的表达与正常对照组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),而CD11b的表达低于正常对照组(P<0.01)。结论:AE是通过抑制PP患者PMN表面黏附分子CD15、CD11b的表达而达到其临床疗效;PMN表面黏附分子CD15、CD11b的表达可作为PP活动性的监测指标。Objective： The purpose of this study is to investigate the change and clinical significance of expression of adhesion molecules, CD15 and CD11b, on polymorphonudear neutrophils in patients with pustular psoriasis treated with arotinoid ethylestar. Method： Expression of both CD15 and CDllb on polymorphonuclear neutrophils in 13 patients treated by arotinoid ethylester and 13 controls were examined by flow cytometry technique. Results： The expression of CD15 and CD11b on polymor-phonuclear neutrophils in the patients after treatment with arotinoid ethylester was lower than that in the patients before treatment （P （0.01）, respectively. There was no significant difference between the expression of CD15 on polymorphonuclear nentrophils in the patients after treatment with arotinoid ethylester and that in the controls （P〉 0.05）, whereas the expression of CDllh in the patients after treatment was lower than that in the controls （P 〈0.01） . Conclusion： The therapeutic effects of AE on pustular psoriasis are exhibited by suppressing the expression of CD15 and CD11b on polymorphonuclear neutrophils in the patients with pustular psoriasis, and that both CD15 and CD11b may be acted as molecular markers monitoring the activity of pustular psoriasis.
