东南沿海部队濒海训练日晒伤342例临床分析

摘　　要：目的:观察1%消炎痛液治疗Ⅰ度日晒伤和1%消炎痛软膏治疗浅Ⅱ度日晒伤的疗效。方法:对近五年来东南沿海部队濒海训练日晒伤342例进行临床分析,将277例Ⅰ度日晒伤分为两组,治疗组(n=142),用1%消炎痛液治疗;对照组(n=135),用炉甘石洗剂。将65例浅Ⅱ度日晒伤分为两组,治疗组(n=35),用1%消炎痛软膏治疗;对照组(n=30),用炉甘石洗剂加绿药膏(盐酸林可霉素)。结果:日晒伤大部分发生于第一次参加海训人员,发生在训练开始后3～5d的人数较多,部分官兵发生2至3次日晒伤。轻型日晒伤277人,重型65人。Ⅰ度日晒伤277人,80.99%;浅Ⅱ度日晒伤65人,占19.01%。平均体表面积15.1%±6.6%。1%消炎痛液治疗Ⅰ度日晒伤止痛时间为60±20min、愈合天数3.2±1.9d,1%消炎痛软膏治疗浅Ⅱ度日晒伤止痛时间为90±31min、渗出停止时间31.5±7.2h、愈合天数6.5±2.8d,均明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:1%消炎痛溶液、软膏治疗Ⅰ度和浅Ⅱ度日晒伤,效果显著,可适用于海训部队治疗日晒伤指战员。Objective： To evaluate therapeutic effect of 1% indometacin solution and ointment for treating 1 degree sunburn and superficial II degree sunburn. Method： 342 cases of sunburn from seaside training＇ s troops in Southeast of China were analyzed. 277 patients with I degree sunburn were divided into therapeutic group （n = 142） by using 1% indometacin solution and control group （n = 135） by using calamine lotion. 65 patients with superficial II degree sunburn were divided into therapeutic group （n = 35） by using 1% indometacin ointment and control group （n = 30） by using calamine lotion and sino green ointment （ lincomycin hydrochloride） . Results： Most of sunburn occurred in those who attended seaside training for the first time and happened 3-- 5 days after training. Some of them suffered from sunburn for two to three times. Light sunburn was seen in 277 cases, heavy sunburn 65 cases. The numbers of I degree sunburn and superficial II degree sunburn were 277 （80.99%）, 65 （19.01% ）, respectively. The average body surface affected by sunburn was 15.1 - 6.6%. For patients with I degree sunburn by using 1% indometacin solution, pain alleviating time is 60 ± 20min and healing time is 3.2 ± 1.9d. For patients,with superficial I1 degree sunburn by using 1% indometacin intment, pain aUeviating time is 90 ± 31min, exudation stopping time is 31.5 ± 7.2h and healing time is 6.5 ± 2.8d, All of these were significantly shorter than those in control group. Conclusion： It is very effective by using 1% indometacin solution and ointment for treating I degree sunburn and superficial II degree sunburn during seaside training. 1% indometacin solution and ointment can be used to the army soldiers during seaside training.
