特比萘芬短程口服加外用复方酮康唑霜治疗演习部队期间足癣的临床对照研究

摘　　要：目的:为演习部队足癣患者寻找合适的方法。方法:治疗组给予特比萘芬(兰美抒片)250mg/天口服1周+复方酮康唑霜外用1周(简称"1+1"联合治疗方案),对照组给予复方酮康唑霜外用2周。结果:"1+1"联合治疗停药2周时治愈率、有效率、真菌清除率分别为90.0%、96.7%和90.9%,停药4周时治愈率、有效率、真菌清除率分别为86.7%、93.3%和86.4%,均高于对照组。按临床表现分,角化过度型2周、4周时的有效率分别为90.0%、80.0%,均高于对照组。结论:特比萘芬口服加外用复方酮康唑霜1周的"1+1"联合治疗方法能快速、有效、安全治疗部队演习期间的足癣指战员,特别是角化过度型足癣。Objective： To choose a better treatment of tinea pedis in troops during maneuver. Method： An open - labeled, randomized, control and parallel clinical trial was carded out. Sixty patients with tinea pedis clinical and mycological diagnosis of tinea pedis were divided into two groups to receive oral administration of terbinafine （Lamisil） combined with compound ketoconazole ointment for 7 days （ treatment group ）, or compound ketoconazole ointment for 2 weeks （control group ） . Results： The clinical cure rate, effective rate and mycological cure rate in treatment group at 2 weeks were 90.0 %, 96.7 % and 90.9 %, which were significantly higher than control group. The clinical cure rate, effective rate and mycological cure rate in treatment group at 4 weeks were 86.7 %, 93.3 % and 86.4 %, which were also significantly higher than control group. The clinical effect rate of hyperkera- totic type tinea pedis in at 2 and 4weeks were 90.0 % and 80.0 %, which were significantly higher than control group. Concision： One-week treatment of oral administration of terbinnafine combined with topical application of compound ketoconazole ointment was much more quickly, effective and safe in the treatment of tinea pedis in troops during maneuver, especial hyperkeratotic type tinea pedis.
