摘 要:目的旨在评价吸入外源性NO对几种主要内源性缩血管活性物质的影响。方法以烟雾吸入性损伤犬模型为研究对象,17只犬随机分为2组,对照组(n=8)单纯吸氧(FiO2,0.45),治疗组(n=9)吸氧(FiO2,0.45)+0.0045%(45×10-6)NO,连续监测12h动脉血变化。数据进行多个样本均数间方差分析。结果伤后两组血浆内皮素(ETs)、血管紧张素Ⅱ(AⅡ)、肾上腺素(E)和去甲肾上腺素(NE)含量均明显升高,治疗组在治疗开始后,与对照组相比均有不同程度降低,ETs(P<0.05,0.01),AⅡ(P<0.05,0.01),E(P<0.05,0.01),NE(P<0.01)。结论吸入外源性NO对内源性缩血管活性物质有不同程度抑制作用,提示临床应用吸入NO疗法应逐渐减量,以防发生反跳。AIM To evaluate the effect of inhaled external nitric oxide (NO) on some endogenous systolic blood vessel active substance. METHODS Dog with smoke inhalation injury model was used and 17 dogs were divided randomly into 2 groups. Control group (n=8) inhaled oxygen (FiO2, 045) and treatment group (n=9) inhaled oxygen (FiO2, 045) mixed with 00045% (45×10-6) NO. The changes of arterial blood were serially observed for 12 hours. The data were analyzed using ANOVA for multiple mean comparison. RESULTS The plasma contents of endothelins (ETs), angiotensinⅡ(AⅡ), epinephrine (E) and norepinephrine (NE) were markedly increased in two groups, and those in the treatment group decreased more compared with the control group after treatment started (ETs P<005, 001, AⅡ P<005, 001, E P<005, 001, NE P<001). CONCLUSIONS Inhalation of external NO have some restraint action for endogenous systolic blood vessel active substance to some degree, it suggests that inhaled NO therapy reduces gradually using dose and prevents reversion in clinical use.
