摘　　要：目的探讨尖锐湿疣(CA)患者临床特征和其皮损内HPV型别的关系。方法收集临床尖锐湿疣(CA)患者的临床资料和疣组织,以通用引物PCR,型特异性引物PCR和测序分析的方法确定尖锐湿疣皮损内HPV型别。结果发现了一例巨大尖锐湿疣皮损内含HPV11型和HPV31型混合感染。结论尖锐湿疣皮损内可能含不同型别HPV的混合感染。Objective To investigate the relationship between the clinical characteristics of patients and HPV subtypes in the skin lesions of Condyloma Acuminata（CA）.Methods The clinical characteristics of CA patients and the specimen of wart tissues were collected.Total DNA in tissues were extracted as template, the various types of HPV gene were determined by Polymerase Chain Reaction（PCR） with universal primers,type-specific primers and sequencing,respectively.Results The dual infections of HPV11 and HPV31 were found in giant skin lesions from one case of CA.Conclusion Various subtypes of HPV infections might contribute to the development of skin lesions in CA patients.
