摘 要:采用溶剂热法制备纳米结构的Bi2Te3化合物,以氯化铋,亚碲酸钠,氢氧化钠,表面活性剂EDTA二钠,以及还原剂硼氢化钠为初始原料,将初始原料的混合水溶液加入到聚四氟乙烯为内衬的不锈钢反应釜容器内,经过超声波振动30min后,在423~473K热处理24~72h后得到黑色粉末产物,用去离子水和无水乙醇反复洗涤除去产物中的可溶性离子和有机物,并在333K下真空干燥,最后得到花簇状的Bi2Te3化合物粉体,并对产生花簇状的原因进行了分析和阐述。The flowerlike bismuth telluride with nanostructure was synthesized by using a hydrothermal method. The initial reagents, such as ammonium chloride, sodium tellurite, sodium hydroxide, surfactant of disodium ethylenediamine tetraacetic ( EDTA-2Na ) and reductant of sodium borohydride, were added to distilled water in a stainless steel autoclave with a Teflon liner. The mixture in the autoclave was homogenized by ultrasonic vibrations for 30 min and heated at 423 - 473 K for 24 - 72 h to get a kind of black powder which was washed by using distilled water and absolute ethyl alcohol to eliminate dissoluble ions and organic compounds, and finally vacuum dried at 333 K. The results showed that the Bi2Te3 powder of nanostructure was flower-like clusters. It was composed of Bi2Te3 particles flowing nearly in a line to the center of flower-like cluster. The mechanism of flower-like Bi2Te3 was also analyzed.
