屏障避孕法应用效果的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察两种屏障避孕法用于常规避孕的可行性。方法:志愿参加本研究的健康妇女共110例,随机分为A、B两组,A组(56例)使用FemCap公司生产的Femcap。B组(54例)使用妻之友外用避孕药锭,观察1年续用情况及不良反应。结果:A、B组的1年续用率分别为96.43%、79.63%,A组未出现明显不良反应,B组出现8例意外妊娠,3例局部刺激。结论:使用Femcap组续用率高于妻之友组,且使用方便有效,极少不良反应,临床避孕效果理想,妇女对其的可接受性较高。Objective：To observe the feasibility of two types of barrier contraception for conventional contraceptives. Methods：Volunteers participating in this study a total of 110 cases of healthy women were randomly divided into A, B two groups, A group（56 cases）FemCap produced by the use of femcap. B group of friends of wife the use of topical contraceptives wife spindles were observed 1 year and continued with adverse reactions. Results：A, B group continued to use the 1 year rates were 96.43%, 79.63%, A group of adverse reactions did not appear obvious, B group, eight cases of accidental pregnancy, three cases of local stimulation. Conclusion：A group is better than B group, easy to use and effective, and very few adverse reactions, clinical results are satisfactory contraception, women＇s acceptability is relatively high.
