摘　　要：目的:探讨躯干部海绵状静脉畸形的手术治疗方式。方法:回顾分析手术治疗57例躯干部海绵状静脉畸形病例的临床资料。结果:55例海绵状静脉畸形病灶完全切除,2例行大部切除,6例术中或术后输血。术后3例出现积液并发症。病灶完全切除的病例经随访无复发。结论:采用适当的切除、止血、引流和包扎方式后,手术治疗躯干部海绵状静脉畸形可取得良好效果。Objective： To explore the surgical treatment of cavernous venous malformation of the trunk. Methods： Analyze 57 cases of cavernous venous malformation of the trunk treated by surgical excision in retrospective review. Results：Totally,55 le sions were excised, 2 were partly excised, 6 were complicated with hydrops, all the cases whose lesions were totally excised showed no recurrence according to our follow ups. Conclusion： By using suitable excision, hemostasis, drainage and bandaging, surgical treatment of cavernous venous malformation of the trunk can obtain a good therapeutic effect.
