摘  要:针对反渗透海水淡化提升泵的入口压力高,存在较大的轴头力的情况,通过分析提升泵中轴向力与径向力产生的原因,提出了针对不同规模的反渗透海水淡化用提升泵轴向力的平衡方法。对于2500 t/d反渗透海水淡化的提升泵,采用调整叶轮口环直径,叶轮前盖板加副叶片的方法可以增加前后盖板的作用力以平衡轴向力,而通过降低转速增加叶轮尺寸的方法来平衡轴向力则可使结构更趋合理;采用双蜗壳结构平衡径向力。通过轴承寿命的计算得出其寿命均大于25000h,从理论上证明了该方法的可行性。In order to solve the problem of the large axial force that caused by high inlet pressure in lift pump for SWRO, the reasons that axial force and radial force generated in lift pump were analyzed, the axial force balance methods in different scales of lift pump for SWRO were proposed. Adjusting impeller wearing ring diameter and adding attached blades on front cover of impeller can balance axial force of lift pump for 2500t/d SWRO, and the structure would be more reasonable if using the way of reducing rotate speed to increase impeller dimension to balance axial force; Radial force was balanced by using the structure of double volute. By calculated the bearings lives are over 25000h, theoretically proved the methods are feasible.
