摘 要:提出基于竞争的物流中心选址双层规划模型,将物流中心选址涉及到的两个具有明显不同目标的决策者——选址规划者和客户联系起来考虑问题,并将配送中心建成后遇到的竞争问题也纳入其中.该模型立足物流中心上层决策者和下层决策者两方面,权衡决策者和客户的总成本费用,对于研究物流中心在某个较长规划期内的最优选址问题具有重要意义.利用遗传算法对模型进行求解,最后通过实证分析表明建立的模型及算法具有实用价值和指导作用.Logistics center plays a very important role in the logistics system, and so its location is very important for the effectiveness of the operation of the logistics system. Based on the paper puts forward a logistics center location hi-level programming model based on competition. The hi-level programming model takes two different decision-makers the DC location planner and the consumer into consideration, and also takes account of the problem of the selection of the consumers after DC being built. This model is great significance to weigh the total costs of the decision-makers and customers and to study the optimal location of logistic centers problem in a long period based on the upper decision-makers and lower decision-makers of logistic centers. The paper solves the bi-level programming model with genetic algorithm and proves that the model is more practical.
