高锌日粮对断奶仔猪血清锌和粪便排泄锌含量的影响

摘　　要：选用80头＂杜洛克×长白×约克夏＂三元杂交断奶仔猪,按公母各半、体重相近的原则随机分为4个处理组（即Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ组）,每组20头仔猪,分别饲喂在相同基础日粮中添加100 mg/kg锌（氧化锌,Ⅰ组）、1 000 mg/kg锌（氧化锌,Ⅱ组）、2 000 mg/kg锌（氧化锌,Ⅲ组）、3 000 mg/kg锌（氧化锌,Ⅳ组）的饲料,试验期6周。在试验的第14、28、42 d分别从各组随机采集6头仔猪的血液样本,进行血清锌的检测;试验的第1～7 d每日收集各组6头仔猪的粪便,以后每周收集1次,测定粪便中锌的含量。结果表明：高锌日粮能显著增加断奶仔猪血清的锌浓度;也可使断奶仔猪粪便中锌排泄浓度显著增加,易造成环境污染。80 crossbred weanling piglets （ Duroc x landrace x Youkshire） were randomly divided into four groups. The treatment groups received different levels of zinc supplements added to the same basal diet, namely 100 mg/kg,1 000 mg/kg,2 000 mg/kg and 3 000 mg/kg respectively （The zinc element was from zinc oxide ）. The experiment lasted six weeks. Six samples of serum were collected on the 14 d ,28 d and 42 d of the trial. Excrement was collected everyday in the first week, then once a week. The concentration of serum zinc and excrement zinc content were investigated. The results showed that high zinc diet significantly increased the zinc content in serum. High level of dietary zinc significantly increased the excrement zinc content, which would pollute the environment.
