膨胀岩土的快速防护材料研究

摘　　要：膨胀岩是一种遇水膨胀、软化,失水收缩的特殊软岩,膨胀岩渠坡开挖初期一般完整性较好,如不及时防护,由于具有显著的胀缩特性,当发生干湿循环时,其性状常发生巨大变化,严重影响构筑物的安全稳定性。结合实际工程,开展了膨胀岩渠坡开挖后的坡面快速防护材料的研究。结果表明:有骨料快速防护材料对弱、中膨胀性岩土具有较好的防护效果,不仅能够满足材料的快防要求,而且能够合理利用当地开挖弃料,节省水泥的用量,带来很大的经济效益,具有较好的推广价值。Swelling rock is a type of soft rock, which expanses and softens when wetted, but shrinks and disintegrates when dried. It has a better integrity in the early rock excavation in general, but if not protected in time, because of its significant expansion and contraction character, when the wet and dry cyclically occur, the characters often have tremendous changes, and seriously affect the security and stability of structures. In combination with practical engineering, the rapid protective material which is used in the excavated swelling rock drainage slope is studied through the test in this paper. The test results show that the rapid protective material, i.e. sprayed cement mortar （KS3） proposed by this paper, has good protecting effect on the weak swelling rocks, and that material KS3 not only can satisfy the rapid demand and be obtained from local discarded soil after excavation, also save the quantity of cement, bring notably economic benefit. So it is worth recommending.
