摘　　要：以湖南永州贫困地区普通高校弱势体质大学生为例,采用文献资料法、问卷调查法,对弱势体质大学生体育锻炼情况调查,结果发现体育锻炼状况不容乐观,针对贫困地区弱势体质学生实际情况,希望给予他们更多的关心和帮助,从而使贫困地区体质弱势大学生身心健康发展。In University Of Science And Engineering Province as an example, Uses the literature material law, the questionnaire survey procedure, to the weak trend physique university student physical training situation investigation, the result discovery physical training condition is unoptimistic, in view of the poor area weak trend physique student actual situation, hoped that gives them more cares and the help, thus causes the poor area physique weak trend university student physical and moral integrity development.
