均苯四甲酸四(2-乙基己基)酯的研制及其酯化反应动力学研究

摘　　要：本文研制了均苯四甲酸四（２－乙基己基）酯，利用非酸性催化剂，借助于Ｌ９（３４）正交实验，探讨了反应物的摩尔配比、催化剂用量、反应温度和反应时间等因素对酯化反应的影响，得到了其最佳合成工艺条件，并在所得最佳工艺条件下进行了实验验证，结果表明，所得结论正确、可靠；同时，在最佳工艺条件下，对酯化反应的动力学进行了研究，借助于阿累尼乌斯方程，利用自编最小二乘法线性回归计算机程序，求得了酯化反应的表观活化能及指前因子，并得到了酯化反应的速率方程．为进一步研究、生产和使用该物质提供了可靠的理论依据．The development of tetra-2 ethylhexyl pyromellitate(TEHPM)has been studied by means of the orthogonal tests of L 9(3 4),the optimum processes of the esterification have been gained by using the non acid catalyst.The influence factors to this reaction have been discussed.The factors are the ratio of the raw materials,the weights of the catalyst,the temperature and the time of this reaction.Under the optimum process condition,the testing and verifying experiment have been carried on.The result is correct and reliable. Moreover,the kinetic studies of the esterification have been carried on.By means of the Arrhenius equation,activation energy has been gotten with the self designed the computer program.At last,the speed equation of this reaction has been gained.
