摘　　要：探讨电网大互联和电力市场化运营对电网安全的冲击与影响,剖析了当前我国电网安全稳定运行所面临的主要问题。研究电网安全稳定运行的对策,对电网调度管理和调度自动化技术发展提出相应建议和措施,以期提升电网稳定运行水平,提高电网抵御各种事故扰动的能力,防范电网大停电事故。This paper discusses the impacts of power grid interconnection and market operation on the system stability,and also presents several challenging issues.Based on the above discussions,this paper then proposes several suggestions for the management of electricity dispatching and the development of dispatching automation technology,so as to improve the system stability and to strength the defense system.
