摘　　要：目的调查中心静脉导管胸腔置管患者的健康教育需求。方法采用自行设计的问卷,对110例行中心静脉导管胸腔置管治疗大量恶性胸腔积液患者的健康教育需求进行调查。结果不同时期患者对健康教育的需求各有侧重,患者评价中心静脉导管胸腔置管的优点主要为抽液注药使用方便、安全、有效、微创、费用适中,缺点主要为出院后穿刺点护理困难、洗澡不便。结论应按照置管的不同时期制订健康教育计划,使得中心静脉导管胸腔置管患者的健康教育更加系统完善,从而能有效保证患者治疗的顺利进行,进而能提高治疗效果及患者的生活质量和生存时间。Objective To investigate the health education needs of the patients with central venous intrapleural catheterization. Methods A self-designed questionnaire was employed to survey the health education needs of 110 patients with the central venous intrapleural catheterization in the treatment of malignant pleural effusion. Results The patients had different emphasis on health education at different stages. The venous intrapleural catheterization were convenient, safe, efficient, minitraumatic, and economical, but it was difficult to nurse the puncture point and inconven- ient to have a bath after leaving hospital. Conclusion According the results,the health education plan should be designed at the different stages, which can improve the education system for the patients with central venous intrapleural catheterization. It can guarantee the normal treatment and improve the effects of treatment and the quality of life and survival time of the patients.
