摘  要:集装箱装卸桥钢结构焊缝缺陷将对装卸桥生产运行造成巨大的安全隐患。为了防止重大事故发生,集装箱装卸桥在安装前必须对钢结构焊缝进行检测。文中提出了将X射线照相检测技术应用于装卸桥钢结构焊缝检测,论述了X射线照相检测技术的基本原理和主要检测设备,最后重点阐述了焊缝常见缺陷的类型、形成原因、危害以及如何从X照相检测底片上进行缺陷识别。The defects existing in the container crane steel construction weld seam can lead to potential safety problems. To avoid major accident,the container crane requires examination for inspecting the internal weld defect before the installations. This paper introduced X-Radiographic Inspection applied on welding seam, it focused on the fundamental principles of Radio- graphic inspection technology and its main equipment. Finally, analysis of common fallacies in weld seam were put forward, in- cluding its types, causes, risks as well as its figure on the X-Radiographic Inspection film.
