摘 要:中国法学教育自近代始就以法律人才的培养为基本目标。改革开放30年,中国法学教育迎来了历史上第二次迅速发展的高潮,但是,本次法学教育迅猛发展同样没有完全赢得满怀法治享受期待的社会各界各阶层的普遍认同。当前法科学生就业难和法律实务部门人才短缺的显性问题主要不是由于法学教育自身造成的。China's jurisprudence education has taken bringing up legal talents as the fundamental object since the modem time. And the jurisprudence education has witnessed the second rapid-development summit 30 years after the reforming and opening up. However, this development still has not gained the identification of all social strata that looked forward to legal justice thoroughly. Presently, the main causes for the difficulty of jurisprudence students to obtain employment and the shortage of talents for practical legal departments are not caused by jurisprudence education.
