摘 要:[目的]探讨短时期内苯对鞋厂工人机体免疫系统的影响。[方法]采用单克隆抗体APAAP法,对50例鞋厂工人进行T淋巴细胞亚群检测。[结果]与健康非苯接触人员相比较,短期苯接触工人T淋巴细胞亚群CD4值+无明显变化,差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05);而CD3及CD8值显著增加,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01);CD4/CD8比值++++显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。短期苯接触工人在工龄、车间、性别方面相互比较时,T淋巴细胞亚群CD3、+CD4、CD8及CD4/CD8比值均无明显变化,差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05);而分别与对照组相比较时短期苯接触工人T++++淋巴细胞亚群只有CD4值无明显变化,差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05);CD3及CD8值均显著增加,差异有统计学意义(P+++﹤0.01);CD4/CD8比值均显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。这与总结果保持一致。++[结论]短期接触苯对T淋巴细胞亚群的主要影响是引起CD8+T细胞增加,使机体细胞的免疫紊乱。[Objective] To study the effect of short-term benzene exposure on immune system in shoe factory, workers. [Methods] T lymphocyte subsets were examined by the test of APAAP in 50 shoe factory workers. [Results] Compared short-term benzene exposure with healthy persons, there was no obvious change in CD4^+ (P 〉 0.05), but both CD3^+ and CD8^+ were significantly risen up (P 〈 0.01). The CD4^+/CD8^+ was obviously reduced (P 〈 0.01 ). Compared with each other in terms of working age, working place and gender, there was no obvious change in CD3^+, CD4^+, CD8^+ and CD4^+/CD8^+ (P〉 0.05) after short-term benzene exposure. Compared with the control group, only CD4^+ did not change significantly (P 〉 0,05), while both CD3^+ and CD8^+ were all significantly risen up (P 〈 0.01). The CD4^+/CD8^+ was all obviously reduced (P 〈 0.01 ). This was consistent with the resuh. [Conclusion] The primary change of T lymphocyte subsets in workers with short-term benzene exposure is the increase of CD8^+, which can cause disorder in immunity.
