摘　　要：[目的]了解云南省城市社区居民对艾滋病相关知识的需求情况。[方法]采用流行病学现况调查的方法,在艾滋病高度流行区选2个县区(临翔、开远)、中度流行区选4个县区(思茅、昭阳、江川、西山),各县区的城区各随机选择1个社区进行调查,流调对象为社区群众。[结果]调查对象对艾滋病相关知识的了解不够,虽然对艾滋病的3条传播途的途径掌握比较好,知识知晓率为66.5%,但是对一些不传播艾滋病的问题的回答正确率只是26.8%,对艾滋病的传播途径的认识仍然存在许多误区;在社区人群中,获得艾滋病防治知识的主要途径和最喜欢的途径均为"电视",分别占92.6%、79.0%;特定社区人群对艾滋病防治知识获得的途径和喜欢的途径并不同;认为社区没有举行过艾滋病防治相关知识的活动的人群占43.7%,认为举行过且没参加过的人群占20%。[结论]应加大对社区人群艾滋病防治相关知识的健康教育,在宣传方式上可以通过电视,报纸、杂志这些人群喜欢的途径来加强,可以考虑针对艾滋病传播途径的认识误区进行宣传教育,应因地采取不同的宣传方式。[Objective] To assess the demand of residents for AIDS-related knowledge in urban communities in Yunnan. [ Methods] Investigated the epidemiological situation; chose two counties （Lingxiang, Kaiyuan） in the district with high prevalence of AIDS, four counties （Simao. Zhaoyang, Jiangchuan, Xishan） in the district with moderate prevalence of AIDS and one random community in each county in Yunnan province. [ Results] （1） The investigated subjects＇ realization of AIDS related knowledge was insufficient. Though they knew the three routes of transmission of AIDS, they couldn＇t correctly tell what didn＇t transmit AIDS. Besides, there were still many misunderstandings about the transmission of AIDS. （2） According to the research, about 92.6 percent of people got the knowledge of AIDS through television and about 79.0 percent liked to learn relative knowledge through television. （3） In some communities, the way by which the residents got the knowledge about AIDS was different from the way they liked to adopt. （4） 43.7 percent of the people thought the community did not hold activities about the prevention knowledge of AIDS, and 79.0 percent thought that the community had hold but they didn＇t participate in. [Conclusion] We should increase the publicity and education about the knowledge of AIDS prevention and control through television, newspapers, magazine which people prefer, with emphasis on those misunderstandings about AIDS, and adopt different measures of publicity according to different areas.
