北京海淀区大学生心理健康现况调查及影响因素分析

摘　　要：[目的]了解北京海淀区大学生心理健康状况与分布特点。[方法]采用多阶段分层整群抽样的方法,调查了文、理、工、经济、管理、医学、教育等专业82个班级2268人,研究对象自填《心理健康调查表》和《症状自评量表(SCL-90)》,用SPSS13.0统计软件进行统计分析。[结果]SCL-90评分结果显示,北京海淀区大学生心理健康水平略高于全国大学生平均水平,但低于全国一般水平;文科专业学生与其他专业学生相比,独生子女相对非独生子女相比,均为前者的心理健康问题多于后者;人际沟通障碍,情感问题与学习压力大是影响学生心理健康的主要因素。[结论]应高度重视大学生的人际沟通能力与应对外界压力的能力的培养,与其他学科学生相比文科专业学生与独生子女的心理健康问题较为突出,需采取针对性的干预措施。[Objective] To describe the distribution of mental health status of college students in Haidian distriei of Beijing. [ Methods] Adopted stratified multistage cluster Sampling to investigate 2 268 undergraduates of 82 classes from the ma, jors of liberal arts, science, engineering, economies, management; medicine, education, etc. Investigated subjects filled out Symptom Cheeldist-90 and a well designed mental health questionnaire： SPSS13.0 statistical software was used for statistieal analysis. [Results] SCL-90 seore results showed that the mental health status of college students in Haidian district was higher than national college students＇, but lower than the average of normal people. Compared with other majors＇ students, liberal arts students were more likely to have mental health problems. The only-child students also had more problems than non-only-child ones. The barriers of interpersonal relationship, emotional problems and too much study pressure were main factors influencing on students＇ mental health status. [Conclusion] More attention Should be paid to the training of interpersonal communication skills and ability to cope with pressure. The mental health problenis of liberal arts students and ouly-child students are particularly serious. Targeted interventions need to be adopted.
