北京市房山区医务人员吸烟状况及控烟能力调查  

INVESTIGATION ON SMOKING STATUS AND CONTROL AMONG MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS IN FANGSHAN DISTRICT OF BEIJING

摘　　要：[目的]了解北京市房山区医务人员吸烟和控烟能力现状,为医疗机构开展控烟活动,提高医务人员控烟服务能力提供科学依据。[方法]采用系统抽样方法,以问卷方式对我区四所医院六百多名医护人员进行调查。[结果]房山区医务人员吸烟率为18.5%,现在吸烟率为17.3%,其中以男性中青年医生为主,并且有31.8%的人当着患者面吸烟。对吸烟有害健康的知识掌握不全面。绝大多数医务人员对控烟的态度是积极的,但由于73.3%的医务人员没有接受过控烟培训,致使控烟能力不高。[结论]应加强医疗机构的控烟工作,加强医务人员的控烟培训,以提高医务人员的控烟能力。[Objective] To study the status of smoking and smoking control of medical professionals in Fangshan district in Beijing, in order to provide the evidence for smoking control in medical institutions and enhance the medical staff＇s ability of smoking control service. [Methods] Adopted systematic sampling, and the questionnaire was used to research more than 600 medical professionals in four hospitals in Fangshan district. [Results] The smoking prevalence was 18.5% and the current smoking prevalence was 17.3% of the medical staff, in which middle-aged and youth male doctors were main groups, and about 31.8% of them smoked in front of patients. It was not completely comprehended that smoking was harmful to health among them. The attitude to smoking control of most medical staff was active, but because 73.3% of the medical staff wasn＇t trained about smoking control, the ability of smoking control was not high. [Conclusion] It must strengthen smoking control in medical institutions and the training about smoking eontrol in the medical staff, in order to enhance the medical staff＇ s ability of smoking control service.
