摘　　要：大直径圆柱零件外径尺寸的在线测量是目前大型机械零件加工中存在的难题之一。本文根据车削加工的特点，提出了一种采用单片机系统的间接测量方法。文中介绍了该方法的原理及主要电路，并进行了误差分析。The measurement of the diameter of a large cylindrical part on line is difficult This paper proposes a measuring method under the consideration of turning operation peculiarties by using microcontroller The principles,main circuits and error analysis are also presented
