摘  要:纯铁粉在一定比例的氨和氢的气氛中与氮可进行固气反应形成Fe3N和Fe2N体状化合物.研究了氨气和氢气的比例、温度和时间对反应产物的影响规律,进而确定了形成单一均匀的体状Fe3N和Fe2N化合物的条件.利用振动样品磁强计、磁天平和热磁分析等手段检测了Fe3N和Fe2N的磁特性.Fe3N化合物的饱和磁化强度(室温)为134Am2/kg,居里温度为260℃;而Fe2N化合物饱和磁化强度为231Am2/kg,属于弱磁性或非磁性,居里温度为25℃.The pure iron powders were reacted with nitrogen in the certain ratio of NH 3 and H 2. The effect of the ratio of NH 3 and H 2 on the reacted products, and that of temperature and time on the reacted products were investigated. The pure Fe 3N and Fe 2N compounds in bulk form were obtained. The magnetic properties of Fe 3N and Fe 2N compounds were measured by VSM. The saturation magnetization and curie temperature of Fe 3N and Fe 2N compounds are 134Am 2/kg, T c =260℃ and 23.1Am 2/kg, T c =25℃,respectively.
