摘　　要：农村土地资产化是土地制度改革的方向,但农村土地资产化改革有利也有弊,需通过制度设计加以防范.在提出农村土地资产化制度设计原则的基础上,对农村土地资产化制度设计中的重点问题做了深入分析.Rural land assets are a direction of rural land system reform, but the reform of rural land assets has its advantages and disadvantages. We need to keep away the disadvantages by system design. This paper puts forward the design principle of rural land assets system. Based on it, this paper analyzes the key design problems of rural land assets system.
