摘 要:本文研究了日本榧树果实的化学成分。原植物用甲醇提取后经硅胶柱色谱、制备薄层色谱和制备HPLC色谱进行分离纯化,从日本榧树果实中分离得到了4个化合物,用质谱、红外、紫外、核磁等波谱方法鉴定为18-羟基弥罗松酚(1)、kayadiol(2)、花柏酚(3)和落叶松脂素(4),化合物1、3、4为首次从该植物果实中分离得到。用MTT法检测了化合物1~3的细胞毒性,在浓度100μmol/L时RSa细胞生存率分别为100.00%、26.30%和59.74%。The chemical constituents of Torreya nucifera fruit were studied. The constituents were extracted with methanol and isolated by column chromatography on silica gel, and further purified by preparative TLC and HPLC. The compounds isolated were identified as 18-hydroxyferruginol ( 8,11,13-abietatriene-12,18-diol, 1 ), kayadiol ( 8 ( 17 ), 13-1abdiene- 15,18-dio1,2 ) , hinokiol ( 8,11,13-abietatriene-3,12-diol, 3 ) and pinoresinol ( 4 ) on the basis of spectral data. Com- pounds 1,3 and 4 were isolated from the fruits of Torreya nucifera for the first time. MTr method was used to evaluate the cytotoxicities of the three diterponoids(1-3). The survival rate of the RSa tumor cells in the presence of compounds 1-3 at a concentration of 100 μmol/L were 100.00% ,26.30% and 59.74% ,respectively.
