摘　　要：根据屏障型螺杆的混炼原理，运用正交设计方法，分析了影响屏障型挤出螺杆混炼元件的剪切和混合性能的主要参数，并通过试验，得出了合理的参数．Based on the mixing theory of the obstruct extruding screw, the main parametersinfluencing the shearing and mixing property of the mixed obstruct extruding screw are analyzed, and the reason able parameters are obrained by the method of orthogornal design.
