摘　　要：通过分析1989-2008年美国授权专利数据,揭示了生物合成技术领域的专利现状,包括:时间发展特点、技术总体态势、重要技术方向、近期热点主题、重点专利文献介绍等,并根据当前专利态势对领域技术的发展方向提出一些讨论性建议。As granted patent documents make significant sense in the assessment and forecast for technology innovation, the patenting activities in biosynthesis field were analyzed based on the granted US patent data. In this research, document pace of filing, average time from filing to being granted, theme map distribution, primary subject clustering, hot topics, citation trees were analyzed and discussed. The patent analysis tool, Aureka, was employed wherein.
