氟马西尼对老年全麻术后患者的催醒作用

摘　　要：目的探讨氟马西尼用于老年全麻术后催醒的临床效果。方法择期全麻下行上腹部手术患者60例,随机分为两组:实验组(给予氟马西尼)和对照组(给予安慰剂),观察两组患者术后清醒程度评分、神经功能评分以及两组术后不良反应发生率。结果实验组注射氟马西尼10 min后清醒程度评分、神经功能评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);其不良反应虽高于对照组,但无统计学意义。结论老年全麻患者术后注射适量氟马西尼可以迅速安全的催醒,副作用发生少。Objective To investigate the analeptic effect of flumazenil on old patients after general anaesthesia. Methods 60 patients undergoing elective operation on epigastrium with general anaesthesia were randomly divided into two groups. Experimental group received flumazeni and the control group received placebo. Consciousness degree score, nerves function score, adverse reaction incidence of postoperative patients were observed. Results Consciousness degree score, nerves function score after injecting flumazenil in experimental group were significantly higher than in control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions Injection of sufficient quantum flumazenil could hasten analepsia quickly and safely in old patients after general anaesthesia.
