联合咖啡酸治疗再生障碍性贫血临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨咖啡酸对慢性再生障碍性贫血的治疗效果。方法随机分为两组治疗观察对比。对照组采用康立龙、环孢素A为主的治疗方案;治疗组在对照组的基础上加用咖啡酸。结果治疗后咖啡酸组疗效、外周血象均与对照组有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论联合咖啡酸治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血能有效改善患者的WBC、HGB、PLT,改善出血症状明显。Objective To analyze the efficacy of caffeic acid tablets in treatment of Chronic aplastic anemia. Methods Randomly divided into two groups observe the contrast. The control group use of Stanozolol tablets,CsA capsule based treatment programs. The treatment group uesd of caffeic acid tablets based on the countrol group. Results The effective rate was 84.8% in the treatment group and 73.3% in the control group,with significant difference（P 〈0.05） between the 2. groups. Meanwhile, peripheral blood increased significantly. Conclusion Caffeic acid tablets combined treatment of chronic aplastic anemia patients can effectively improve the WBC, HGB, PLT. The symptoms of bleeding has improved significantly. Caffeic acid tablets can be seen with better shortterm effect, but longterm effect remains to be seen.
