延长三叠系油藏的检泵周期技术研究

摘　　要：随着油田开发,油田含水上升,结垢、腐蚀日趋严重,井筒状况恶化日渐突出,严重地影响了油田正常生产。各种因素相互影响、相互作用,任何一个环节出了问题都势必造成检泵作业,近年来引起检泵的主要原因是深井泵故障、杆柱断脱及管柱漏失三大部分。影响检泵周期的因素是多种多样的,既有地下因素,也有地面因素;既有技术因素,也有管理因素。针对油田目前存在的问题,提出相应的井筒治理配套措施,延长老油田检泵周期,提高采油时率,保证油田的正常生产。With the development of oil fields, a series of problems such as the arised watercut of oil field,more and more aggravated scale deposits and erosions,which affect the normal production of fields seriously. For many factors, which affects and behaviours each other,any mistake happens in the link wil trigger the check of pumps,recently years,the major reasons caused such operation have three aspects,which can be summarized as accident of deep well pumbs,disjunction of roof bolts and slippage of pipe strings.There are various of factors which have effects on the periodicity of pumbs＇maintenance check,either factors from both under and above ground, or factors from both technic and management. A series of measures correspond to the remedy of boreholes have been proposed,which are aimed at the problems currently faced,through these measures,we can prolong the periodicity of pumbs＇maintenance check,enhance oil fields＇recovery efficiency,and we also can guarantee the fields＇normal production.
