室间隔缺损并发肺动脉高压的外科治疗

摘　　要：总结室间隔缺损（ＶＳＤ）并发肺动脉高压外科治疗经验及效果，探讨手术适应证的选择及术后并发症的处理。以回顾性分析８年来室间隔缺损并发肺动脉高压５２例。手术治愈４９例，死亡３例，术后并发症的发生率为２３．０％。并发症及死亡率均明显低于文献报道。对ＶＳＤ并发肺动脉高压的外科治疗，必须严格选择好手术适应证，早期处理好术后并发症，重视术后的精心治疗。A summary was made on experience and turnover of surgical treatment of ventricular septal defect(VSD) with pulmonary hypertension.The clinical indications of surgical repair and postoperative complication were evaluated.Retrospective analysis of 52 cases of VSD with pulmonary hypertension during the 8 year period was done in our department.Forty nine cases recovered,3 died.The incidence of postoperative complications was 23.0%.The surgical indications for VSD with pulmonary hypertension were strictly selected,the postoperative complications must be treated earlier and taken more care for thosee patients.
