论明代山东海防与山东沿海社会的发展

摘　　要：明代,海防是影响海疆开发的重要因素。作为国家整体海防链条中的重要一环,山东海防促进了山东海滨城镇的兴起和发展,改善了山东沿海农业垦殖的落后局面,影响了山东海疆地域文化的构建和传承,保护了山东海运的顺利开展。当然,山东海防中的某些错误政策的实行,也制约了山东向海洋空间发展的步伐。明代山东海防的这种"双刃剑"作用启示我们,海防除御敌外,还应该着眼于促进国家海洋经济的建设和发展,谋求沿海社会经济、文化等各方面的全面进步。这为我们今天的海防建设提供了有益借鉴。In the Ming Dynasty, coastal defense was one of the important factors which had some effects on the development of coast areas. As an important component of the whole country＇s coastal defense, Shah Dong coastal defense not only promoted the development of coast areas, but also restricted the steps to the sea space. The double -edged sword effect of Shan Dong coastal defense enlightens us that coastal defense does not only protect the safety of coast area, but should also focus on the development of maritime economy and culture etc. This is a helpful inspiration on today＇s coastal defense construction.
