摘　　要：贴现率是从动态和国民经济全局的角度评价投资项目经济效益的一个重要参数,它与资源可持续利用紧密相连。为实现景区旅游资源的可持续利用,本文介绍了贴现以及贴现率等概念内涵,阐述了贴现率与资源可持续利用的关系,并结合实践提出了景区旅游资源利用贴现政策的有效建议。Discount rate is an important parameter to evaluate the economic gains in investment from the perspectives of dynamo and national economy and it is closely related to sustainable employment of resources. In order to put discount rate into the management system of tourist sustainability, the paper presents the concepts of discount and discount rate at first and then the relation between discount rate and sustainability and then put forward that the discounting policy made by the government should be made full use of because the additional discount rate for tourist development is more helpful for sustainability.
