摘  要:目的:建立浊点萃取-气相色谱法测定槲寄生中有机氯和拟除虫菊酯类农药残留量的方法。方法:选用聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚(Triton X-100)作为提取剂,采用气相色谱法,Hp-5弹性石英毛细管色谱柱分离,电子捕获检测器进行检测,外标法计算含量。结果:有机氯和拟除虫菊酯分别在5~500,10~1000μg·L-1呈良好线性关系,相关系数均大于0.9978;检测限(LOD)1.5~7.5μg·kg-1;平均回收率为74.15%~111.6%,RSD4.0%~9.1%。结论:本方法简便、快速,适用于槲寄生中的农药多残留的测定。Objective:To establish a gas chromatography method for simultaneous determination of organochlorine and pyrethroid pesticide residues in Viscum coloratum by cloud-point extraction (CPE). Method:Pesticides were extracted with the non-ionic surfactant Triton X-100. The apparatus was gas chromatography with electron capture detector and the separation was performed on an Hp-5 column. The pesticide residues were calculated by external standard method. Result:Good linear relation was obtained over the range of 5-500 μg·L-1 for organochlorine and 10-1 000 μg·L^-1 for pyrethroid. The limits of detection was 1.5-7.5 μg·kg^-1. The average recoveries of organochlorine and pyrethroid were 74.15%-111.6% with corresponding RSD of 4.0%-9.1%. Conclusion:The sample and rapid method was applied to pesticide residues determination.
