摘 要:采用FeSO4和KMnO4反应制备新生态铁锰氧化物除磷,比较了Fe2(SO4)3和FeSO4/KMnO4两种混凝工艺的除磷效果,并考察了FeSO4/KMnO4除磷过程中的影响因素。结果表明,在相同条件下,FeSO4/KMnO4的除磷效果比Fe2(SO4)3的要好,当铁盐投量(以Fe计)为5mg/L时,FeSO4/KMnO4和Fe2(SO4)3对磷的去除率分别为90.2%和82.3%;KMnO4与FeSO4的最佳物质的量比为0.33;FeSO4/KMnO4的除磷效果随Fe2+投量的增加而升高,随初始TP浓度和pH的增加而降低;当混凝时间由10 min增至60 min时,FeSO4/KMnO4对磷的去除率无明显变化。Freshly formed Fe/Mn oxide was prepared by FeSO4 and KMnO4 to remove phosphorus. The phosphorus removal efficieneies of Fe2 (SO4) 3 and FeSO4/KMnO4 coagulation processes were com- pared, and the factors affecting phosphorus removal by FeSO4/KMnO4 were investigated. The results show that the phosphorus removal efficiency of FeSO4/KMnO4 is better than that of Fe2 ( SO4) 3 under the same conditions. When the dosage of Fe is 5 mg/L, the phosphorus removal rates of FeSO4/KMnO4 and Fez (SO4) 3 are 90.2% and 82.3% respectively. The optimum molar ratio of KMnO4 to FeSO4 is 0.33. The phosphorus removal efficiency of FeSQ/KMnO4 increases with the increase of Fez+ dosage and de- creases with the increase of initial TP concentration and pH. The removal rate of phosphorus by FeSO4/ KMnO4 has no significant variation when the coagulation time increases from 10 min to 60 min.
