摘  要:目的研究西洋参皂苷对H2O2致PC12细胞损伤的保护作用。方法建立H2O2诱导PC12细胞损伤模型,化学比色法测定细胞培养液和细胞内丙二醛(MDA)含量及超氧化物歧化酶活性,并在显微镜下观察其形态学特征。结果200μmoL/L H2O2诱导PC12细胞,10 h呈明显损伤作用,250μg/mL西洋参皂苷对H2O2致PC12损伤的细胞有增殖作用。结论西洋参皂苷对H2O2致PC12细胞损伤具有保护作用,其作用机制可能与提高PC12细胞的抗氧能力有关。Purpose To study the protective effects of Panax quinquefolium saponins on the PC12 cells injury induced by H2O2. Methods Oxidative damage PC12 cells model was induced by H2O2. The activity of MDA and SOD in PC12 cells was determined with the chemical colorimetric method. The effects of Panax quinquefolium saponins on the PC12 cells was investigated with microscope. Results Oxidative damage PC12 cells model was induced by 200μmL/L H2O2 for 10 hours .The damage PC12 cells induced by H2O2 proliferated after being protected by 250 μg/mL Panax quinquefolium saponins. Conclusion Panax quinquefolium saponins can relieve the oxidative damage PC12 cells, which may be related to raising the capability of antioxygen in PC12.
