摘  要:对新形净水装置——垂向异重流式水沙分离鳃的水沙分离机理进行初步研究。在已有的利用加单排鳃片分离鳃对含沙质量浓度为60kg/m^3的浑水进行研究的基础上,对无鳃片普通模型、加单排鳃片模型和加双排鳃片模型在泥沙质量分数为8%-20%的范围内进行了不同含沙浓度浑水中泥沙沉降速度的对比试验,得出3种不同装置中泥沙沉降速度的基本规律。分别从泥沙絮凝的角度和异重流的角度阐述了垂向并重流式水沙分离鳃这一装置可以快速进行水沙分离的机理,并简单论述了垂向异重流的概念。The water-sediment separation mechanism of a new purified water device--a vertical-eomponent density flow watersediment separation device--was preliminarily investigated. Based on research on separation devices with single-row gill-pieces in turbid water that contains 60 kg/m^3 of sediment, three kinds of device models, the single-row gill-piece, the double-row gillpiece, and the no gill-piece models, were made for comparative experiments on sediment falling velocity in turbid water whose sediment mass fraction is 8%-20%. The basic rules of sediment falling velocity in these three different devices were obtained. According to the theories of sediment flecculation and density flow, the mechanism of water-sediment separation is discussed. The vertical-component density flow phenomenon is described on the basis of the experiments.
