摘　　要：描述了构建和谐医患关系的多维学科视角，并认为医务社会工作是构建和谐医患关系的重要纽带，提出医务社会工作背面向患者及其家属、面向医护人员、面向医院行政管理层等不同主体，构建和谐医患关系的医务社会工作策略。Description of a multi perspective view of harmonious doctor-patient relationship holds that medical social workers as a key tie for building such a relationship. It proposed the medical social work strategies for such workers in the face of patients and their families, hospital staff, and hospital management.
