摘 要:系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)由毒邪所致,属中医学"毒证"范畴。根据中医学相关理论,结合现代医学关于SLE与感染关系的研究,探讨和分析毒邪与SLE的相关性,指出外感风寒湿热毒邪是引起SLE的先决条件;禀赋不足及虚毒由生是引起SLE的内因;痰瘀虚毒互致为患是SLE的基本病机病理;SLE的临床表现可因毒邪的属性不同而有风寒湿热痰瘀虚毒之分;治疗主张采用祛毒、泄毒、解毒、制毒、搜毒、攻毒的以毒攻毒疗法,同时强调扶正祛邪以提高机体自身解毒能力,以便抵御和消除毒邪,从而达到治愈疾病的目的。In the field of traditional Chinese medicine,it is suggested that systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE) is induced by the pathogen of toxicity,and is differentiated as the toxicity syndrome. In this study,the correlation of toxicity pathogen with SLE was discussed based on the research of relationship between SLE and infection. It is pointed out that exogenous factors of SLE include wind,cold,damp,heat and toxicity pathogens,the deficient endowment is the endogenous factor,and interaction of phlegm,blood-stasis,deficiency and toxicity accounts for its basic pathogenesis. Therefore,for the treatment of SLE,the anti-toxicity therapeutic methods such as dispelling toxins,purging toxins,removing toxins,neutralizing toxins,searching toxins and counteracting toxins should be used,and supporting healthy Qi to eliminate pathogens should also be taken into consideration.
