珠芪乙肝丸治疗慢性乙型肝炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察中药珠芪乙肝丸对慢性乙型肝炎的治疗作用。方法:治疗组39例用珠芪乙肝丸治疗,每次10g,每天2～3次。对照组30例在综合治疗的基础上加用胸腺肽20～40mg,肌肉注射,每天1次。2组疗程均为3月。观察2组症状、体征、肝功能、乙肝标志物及HBV-DNA的变化。结果:治疗组总有效率为84.6%,对照组为63.3%,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。治疗后2组临床症状、体征均有明显改善或消失,黄疸消退,肝脾肿大回缩。治疗组HBeAg阴转率为44.4%(16/36),HBV-DNA阴转率为41.9%(13/31);对照组分别为23.1%(6/26)和22.7%(5/22)。2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。另外,治疗组中HBsAg有3例(7.7%)转阴,而对照组无1例转阴。结论:珠芪乙肝丸对改善慢性乙型肝炎症状,恢复肝功能,促进HBeAg、HBV-DNA阴转有较好作用。Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Zhuqi Yigan Pills(ZYP) for the treatment of chronic hepatitis B(CHB). Methods:Thirty-nine CHB patients in the treatment group received ZYP,10g,2～3 times per day. Thirty patients in the control group received intramuscular injection of thymosin 20～40mg,qd. The treatment lasted 3 months. The changes of symptoms and signs,hepatic function,markers of hepatitis B virus(HBV) and HBV-DNA were observed. Results:The total effective rate was 84.6% in the treatment group and 63.3% in the control group,the difference being significant between the two groups(P < 0.05). After treatment,the clinical symptoms and signs were relieved,jaundice disappeared,and the swollen liver and spleen got retraction in both groups. The rate of HBeAg turning negative was 44.4%(16/36) in the treatment group and 23.1%(6/26) in the control group,and the rate of HBV-DNA turning negative was 41.9%(13/31) in the treatment group and 22.7%(5/22) in the control group,the difference being significant between the two groups(P < 0.05). There were 3 patients with HBsAg turning negative in the treatment group while there was none of the patients in the control group. Conclusion:ZYP shows certain effect on relieving symptoms and signs,improving hepatic function and promoting HBeAg and HBV-DNA turning negative.
