摘  要:目的对三黄泻心汤进行血清药物化学研究。方法采用血清药物化学的研究方法,建立三黄泻心汤及口服三黄泻心汤后大鼠血清的HPLC指纹图谱,分析比较三黄泻心汤、单味生药给药后所得血清样品,鉴定口服三黄泻心汤后大鼠血中移行成分。结果口服三黄泻心汤后从血中发现了20个入血成分,其中3个为代谢产物;17个为原型成分。结论三黄泻心汤入血成分主要来自大黄和黄芩,其血清药物化学表征可以为阐明三黄泻心汤药理作用和作用机理提供依据。Objective To have a serum pharmacochemistry study on San Huang Xie Xin decoction. Methods HPLC fingerprints of San Huang Xie Xin decoction and serum of rats after taking the decoction were established with serum phar- macochemistry method. The serum samples taken after taking San Huang Xie Xin decoction and single crude drug were compared, the constituents absorbed into the serum after taking San Huang Xie Xin decoction was determined. Results 20 constituents migrating to the blood, d were detected, of which 3 were metabolites, 17 were prototype constituents. Conclusion After taking San Huang Xie Xin decoction, the constituents absorbed into blood were mainly from rheum officinale and scutellaria baicalensis whose serum pharmacochemistry signs could provide evidence for the pharmacological action and mechanism of the decoction.
